As a Food and Beverage Swing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our dining venues on respective managers’ days off. Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure our guests enjoy seamless and outstanding dining experiences. You will oversee daily operations at various dining locations, stepping in for managers as needed. Coordinate with managers and staff to maintain high service standards and smooth transitions. Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to. Contribute to creating positive and lasting memories for our guests through exceptional service.

You will be working your magic on a full-time year-round basis. This is a full-time position that requires weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
+ Helps manage Food & Beverage on day-to-day operations.
+ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
+ Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
+ Comply with all health and safety regulations.
+ You must possess interpersonal, decision-making, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
+ Performs additional duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
+ Food and Beverage POS Experience preferred
+ Completion of secondary school should be required
+ Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset

Wage:
Starting at $46,000 yearly.
Experience / Education:
Prior customer service experience is preferred. High School diploma and/or equivalent work experience
Performance Measurement:
90 day performance review, annual performance review, attendance, productivity, feedback from others
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a Restaurant environment that is on multiple levels, must be ok with stairs. Requires flexible working hours including nights and weekends; Extended workdays may be required to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands during peak periods. Potentially requires extended periods of walking or standing. There is also the potential for kneeling and lifting of objects up to 40lbs.
