Proposal Coordinator/Writer
We want people who can tell our story in a compelling way! POWER Engineers is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Writer for our growing Power Delivery Division. This is a professional position focused on coordinating the production and submittal of proposals and related content to help us meet our clients’ needs.

Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree, with preference for majors in English, technical writing, journalism, or similar
+ High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and follow-through
+ Demonstrated ability coordinating cross-functional teams to a successful outcome
+ Effective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks based on shifting needs
+ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
+ Experience with standard MS Office software
+ Able to work regular business hours, 8 am – 5 pm, with occasional overtime, alone or in a team
Desired Experience
Experience in the following is a plus, but not mandatory:
+ Proposal development
+ Grant or technical writing
+ Client relationship databases, specifically MS Dynamics
+ Engineering consulting/technical industry experience

POWER is a fun engineering firm. That might seem contradictory to some, but it works for us!
Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
The range for this position is being displayed in compliance with all state and local regulations. Salaries are set based on a number of factors to include an individual’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. This means that no two candidates are alike. The range provided above does not include additional compensation such as bonus, health benefits, vacation, 401(k) match, etc.
