We’re seeking a skilled and creative Manicurist to join our spa team at a picturesque waterfront resort. Your artistry will play a vital role in providing pampering experiences for our guests.
As a Manicurist, you will showcase your talent in delivering exceptional manicure and pedicure services. Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere, ensuring guests feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Provide personalized consultations, recommending and delivering top-notch nail care treatments.

You will be working your magic on a full-time seasonal basis from Spring to Fall. Weekends, nights, and holidays are a must.

Responsibilities+ Paint fingernails and toenails
+ Clean, cut and shape nails
+ Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style
+ Remove previously applied polish
+ Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
+ Sterilize equipment before use
+ Inform clients about additional services and offers
+ Give hand and foot massages
+ Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)
+ Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
+ Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)
Requirements and skills+ Proven work experience as a Nail Technician, Manicurist or similar role
+ Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, including French Manicures, airbrushing and gel manicures
+ Knowledge of cosmetology trends
+ Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
+ Experience in customer service
+ High school diploma
+ Nail Technician License
Physical Demands:
+ Prolonged periods of standing.
+ Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
+ Must be able to work early mornings, late nights and unpredictable hours, including weekends and holidays.
Performance Measurement:
90 Day performance review, annual performance review, attendance, productivity, feedback from others, Guest Response scores, etc.
