Job Description
Summary
This is a full-time, 40 hour per week position.
This Education Coordinator performs a combination of administrative support, project work and other activities including supporting the regional Interprofessional Education Committee. The Education Coordinator uses a learning management system; other databases and Microsoft 365 products to manage education's e-files generate reports and assign courses.
The Coastal Region Education Team provides services to LincolnHealth, Pen Bay Medical Center, Waldo County General and Mid Coast Parkview.
The primary work location for this position is at LincolnHealth in Damariscotta, and works at times at the Education departments other sites. The Coordinator will facilitate onboarding of new team members one day a week at Mid Coast Parkview in Brunswick.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Education: Associate's degree preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: At least one year of related experience is required.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: PPT, Excel and Word.
Demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Skilled in facilitating and/or presenting to groups preferred.
Solid judgment and problem-solving skills with ability to deliver effective results and meet deadlines.
