Job Description
The Office Manager job in Skowhegan, Maine is responsible for maintaining daily records and dealing with insurance companies as needed. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to schedule appointments, collect payments and provide outstanding customer service. You will also communicate clearly and maintain strong professional rapports with clients and customers. This is a 1st shift time position.
Office Manager Qualifications:

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Strong multitasking skills

Proficient in writing letters and strong communication skills

Retail experience strongly preferred

Positive and encourage attitude

Must be willing to learn companies billing system
Required Skills:

Proficient with MS Office

2+ years experience in an office setting
Office Manager Details:

Schedule: 9am-6pm 4 Day Work Week

Pay Rate: $18/hr
