Job Description

This position operates in the area of Material Management database administration and entry of materials management data. The position will involve all aspects of materials data entry related to receipts, issues, returns, and other material management functions. This position will work under the direction of the Logistics Manager and will interact closely with Logistics Team.

Job Responsibilities
All things receiving & issuing related.
Routinely perform receipt of goods, material issues, data uploads, utilizing SAP materials management and warehouse management modules.
Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) Upload/Bill of Material (BOM) Upload.
Daily Reports - Purchase Order (PO) Report, Daily Doc, Material Receiving Report (MRR) Log.
Generate, Log, & Closeout MRR's.
Distribution of Over, Short, Damaged, and Errors (OSD&E) reports to project team and maintain log.
Scanning & uploading of PO/Material Contract receiving docs.
Receiving, scanning & uploading of signed ST&S packing slips.
Small tools tracking & logging of transfers on & off the project.
Storing and filing documentation related to material management transactions.
Assist the Accounts Payable team in our District Office with invoicing issues.
Performs a variety of other clerical duties as the need is apparent or as required.
Be able to communicate with vendors/buyers to set up returns of wrong/damaged materials.
Distribute daily or weekly Material Management reports to project team.
Reconcile invoices in SAP and InEight.
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, etc.).
Previous data entry experience in a warehouse or construction environment.
Knowledge of common construction materials beneficial.
Detail-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Team player with the ability to also work independently to meet intense deadlines, goals, and objectives.
Must be flexible with working overtime and weekend hours as required.
At minimum must have an Associate's Degree BA/BS in business, engineering, construction management, supply chain management or equivalent and/or a minimum two years' experience in engineering/construction/military/data entry.
