Asset Management System Integration Project Manager
Role:
Operate as a Project Manager for execution and quality in implementation and integration of Facilities Asset Management systems. Collaborate with other technical, project delivery, and enterprise asset management application experts to successfully deliver projects.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with technical and other key leaders to develop schedules, execution plans, quality control plans, staffing plans, and budgets to execute asset management applications and systems.
Assist other Program and Project Managers with proposals supporting the Asset Management program growth plan and strategy to market facilities enterprise asset management consulting and support services.
Coordinate assignment of qualified staff to ongoing and upcoming projects focused primarily on facilities management, maintenance, and assessments. Tools may include BUILDER SMS, ICAP, Maximo, other client-provided assessment tools with requirements ranging from initial integration strategy to ongoing implementation and troubleshooting.
Assist other Project Managers and lead proposal efforts to develop fee proposals, workflows, technical approaches and proposals, execution plans, risk management plans, performance recovery plans, and quality control plans for projects including asset management system integration efforts.
Provide expertise to develop quality control processes and staff training, oversight, technical tools, reviews, and guidance as needed for staff engaged in this area of work to ensure baseline knowledge and capabilities.
Manage project data quality processes as needed to support client asset management system suitability for purpose meeting project requirements.
Make recommendations for staff resourcing needs supporting current and future projects in keeping with client quality metrics and program growth goals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years working with U.S. Federal Government Agencies.
Experience throughout the life cycle of project delivery, quality control and assurance, and development of technical tools and best practices.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership position managing diverse teams working with complex work product, schedules, and client interactions.
Specialized technical experience in implementation and integration of asset management systems, such as Maximo.
Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office personnel, business operations staff, technical leaders, and marketing specialists.
