Job Description
Maintenance Director is responsible for maintaining one property. Must be able to fix small issues that arise such as fixing broken toilets, fixing bathroom fixtures, spot painting, etc. Employee will also have a daily list to perform of upkeep work such as lawn mowing, weeding, cleaning air conditioning units, etc. No minimum education required. Six (6) months of experience in general maintenance required. Salary: $44,117/year, plus employee benefit plan.
