Job Overview
The Residential Services Manager runs the Residential Services business line for the Wright-Ryan Homes Team. This position plays a significant role in maintaining good relationships with WR Homes clients – providing all aspects of the residential services after the house is complete. The projects range from maintenance and warranty to supervision of small, residential construction jobs for this group. The Residential Services Manager operates as a project manager for each RSV contract that comes in, typically at the end of a Wright-Ryan homes build. The Residential Services Manager tees up the work and triages the projects for the team members to perform. There is also extensive coordination with subcontractors and architects as well as vendors and suppliers. The Residential Services Manager will oversee the project from preconstruction, contract negotiation, project schedules and budgets, performance and quality of the work, invoicing, and close out. Qualifications: Education and Experience+ Associate’s degree or equivalent.
+ Five to ten years related field experience in construction with at least five years experience in construction management/supervisory role preferred.
Demonstrated skills and abilities+ Demonstrated supervisory skills.
+ Proficiency with computer software applications including general office applications; scheduling software experience preferred but not required.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to lead and accomplish company objectives by maintaining and fostering a strong sense of personal responsibility and urgency.
+ Ability to independently prioritize, make timely decisions and rapidly respond to changes and problems while using WR priorities and past practices as guidelines.
+ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and to adjust to changes in priorities and work plans.

+ Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, and local regulations such as building codes and OSHA requirements.
