What You Will Do :
+ Critically reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs, ultimately producing clear proposals, documentation, and/or deliverables.
+ Documents requirements and business workflows.
+ Facilitates discussions with the right stakeholders to clarify the scope.
+ Works closely with product owners and managers to convert business use cases into actionable tasks for the development team.
+ Writes user stories.
+ Ensures stories and tasks are complete prior to sprint planning.
+ Applies analysis of business systems and software solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of work processes for both current and future business needs.
+ Leads and executes efforts to produce documentation related to system information architecture and processes which may include: technical requirements, functional specifications, data flow diagrams, high-level test cases, requirements traceability matrices, flow charts, wireframes/mockups, user stories, and use case documentation.
+ Conducts presentations and communicates product features to both technical and non-technical communities and aids in the coordination and communication of cross-team initiatives.
What You Will Need :
+ BA/ BS Degree. Degree can be substituted with 4 additional years of experience.
+ 6 years of experience as Business Analyst/Scrum Master
+ Must have experience as Agile Practitioner
+ Good overall understanding of web technologies
+ Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience.
+ Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
+ Must be a US Citizen/Green Card holder and pass govt background investigation.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Exceptional customer service skills.
+ Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
+ Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others.
+ Ability to apply and provide feedback on service operation model and practices.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
+ Experience with Azure DevOps and JIRA.
+ Experience with Confluence.
+ Experience with SharePoint.
+ Experience with federal government systems.
The annual salary range for this position is $95,800.00-$143,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
