Main Objective of the job: Ensures that payroll cloud systems implementations are aligned with the organizations policies and objectives.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
(a) Lead implementation projects in line with the Global Payroll Operations guidelines and objectives.
(b) Develop a solid understanding of all cloud payroll systems including time and attendance applications, in-house payroll applications, and HR applications.
© Collaborate with HR and payroll operations to create complete business requirement document
(d) Perform all unit testing and UAT in accordance with testing matrices for cloud payroll system implementations.
(e) Review user design for optimum end user experience.
(f) Assist with crafting or improving testing matrices.
(g) Coordinate testing with other lines of business impacted.
(h) Log and supervise all bugs relating to systems being tested, collaborating closely with developers.
(i) Effectively communicate project testing progress to project team and advance issues in a timely manner.
(j) Ensure project deadlines are being met by monitoring information gathering and issue resolution.
(k) Update and log new projects in project tracking software.
(l) Lead or participate in conference calls in a professional manner.
(m) Support others in the team with learning and queries.
(n) Create and update user guides/videos for all cloud payroll systems.
(o) Updates payroll process documents.
(p) Support with learning and documenting the business requirements
(q) Deliver training on new cloud systems to users
® Assists with creation of communication plans
(s) Provide support post go live
(t) Understand, acknowledge, and operate within the department policies and procedures.
(u) Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
(v) Is responsible for continuous improvement and automation of the cloud solutions implemented for Global Payroll Operations.
(w) Continuously adapt knowledge on existing/new cloud implementations to ensure first level of support.
Abilities and Qualifications of the Senior Systems Expert :
+ Possessing an undergraduate degree in any subject area, preferably in finance or related fields.
+ Good proficiency in English.
+ Excellent excel skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain integrity under all circumstances.
+ Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
+ Result driven and ability to solve problems.
+ Ability to prioritize, operating under tight deadlines and in a constantly evolving environment.
+ Must have good judgment and business insight.
+ Must be able to work independently.
+ Possess strong analytical and organizational skills,
+ Flexibility in work schedule, including availability during early mornings and evenings.
+ Possess strong negotiation skills,
+ Must have good presentation skills and able to manage conference calls in a professional manner.
Experience:
+ 3-4 years of total experience, preferably in payroll or finance,
+ Experience with system implementations and with IT teams,
+ Knowledge of system testing concepts is a plus.

Hiring Range: from $27.02 to $54.13 per hour; from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
