About the role…
At Cornerstone, we are in search of a Senior Sales Analyst, Revenue to join our dynamic and rapidly growing Revenue Operations team. We need an individual who is self-motivated, data-driven, and confident in their analytical skills. This role is integral to our mission of surpassing our Annual Operating Plan and driving revenue growth. As the Senior Revenue Analyst, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Sales organization for the Americas region. Your responsibilities will include weekly forecasting, go-to-market reporting, and serving as a subject matter expert in Sales data.

In this role you will…
+ Develop a thorough understanding of the business through proactive data analysis
+ Provide precise, clear, and consistent quantitative analysis to support Americas Sales
+ Assist in preparing strategic and tactical reports, dashboards, and presentations to support and sales performance
+ Support forecasting accuracy and discipline by maintaining pipeline hygiene, managing forecast reporting, and proactively communicating trends in risks and opportunities
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM data collection and reporting standards
+ Contribute to ad-hoc and special data projects that support our global go-to-market strategies
You’ve got what it takes if you…
+ Have a bachelor’s degree
+ Have 3+ years in sales or revenue analytics, ideally with a focus on Forecasting
+ Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Tables, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, Nested Ifs and Lookups
+ Are experienced with BI tools such as Clari, salesforce.com, Einstein Analytics, Tableau and PowerBI
+ Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a strong business acumen
+ Are adept at handling ambiguity, and perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
+ Are proactive, dependable, detailed oriented and have a self-starter work ethic
+ Exhibit logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to influence individuals at all organizational levels
+ Preferably, have experience working in a SaaS company, especially in a B2B company
+ Have a natural appetite for data and intellectual curiosity
+ Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
+ Consideration for privacy and security obligations

Expect a forecasting case study to assess your presentation skills, ability to articulate and summarize data, and data management proficiency. This task is estimated to take approximately 1-3 hours of your time.
