Job Description
Schedule: 16 hr/wk. No nights, weekends, holidays, or call.
Sign-on bonus of up to $2,000! QUALIFICATIONS+ High school diploma/GED required.
+ Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology School required
+ Certification by National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting required
+ Knowledge of aseptic techniques and operation room standards and procedures
+ BLS certification required.
+ Demonstrated patient care experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients, physicians, supervisors and other staff
+ Skill in time management, prioritizing and medical care coordination
+ Ability to organize and accomplish tasks, and have the flexibility to meet changing demands on daily basis
+ Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Ability to project and maintain a professional image
+ Ability to work independently and excel as part of a team
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Proficient computer skills
