Job Description
Manages availability of consumables/parts in tool crib to fulfill requirements for maintenance team.
Job Responsibilities
Pick stock items for work order requests and deliver to technicians.
Charge items to work orders.
Pick stock items requested for shop supplies and create daily invoice(s) to charge to customer(s).
Purchase locally sourced parts (non-inventory) upon request and charge them to work order(s).
Manage inventory levels in tool crib.
Update/add new inventory in M3.
Review work orders weekly to determine what is still open.
Setup items (filters, fluids, etc.) on equipment data cards and compliance reports during new item setup.
Manage Vendor Managed Inventory.
Manage tool sign-outs and returns.
Support/Backfill Service Parts Buyer duties.
Support/Backfill Shipping/Receiving duties.
Perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications/Requirements
Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
