The Nutrition Care Assistant performs a variety of patient food service duties primarily related to menu ticket. preparation and coordination, under the general supervision of the Registered Dietitian
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
License/Certifications: Serve Safe certification preferred.
Experience: N/A
Ability to read, write, and compute basic math
