We are a 91 bed facility with all private rooms including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Long Term Care. Activities Assistant: * Assist with planning and organizing activities that provide opportunities for entertainment, exercise, relaxation, and expression to our Residents. * Our activities program fulfills the psychological, physical, social, and spiritual needs of our Residents.
