Job Description
Adecco is assisting a local Manufacturer in the Aerospace and Firearms industry, seeking Production Associates / Operators in the Portland, ME area. These are temp-to-hire opportunities paying $18+ / HR , plus the possibility of incentives and overtime!
Schedules:
1 st Shift – Monday – Friday from 5:00AM – 1:30PM
3 rd Shift – Monday – Thursday from 6:00PM – 4:30AM (10-Hour Shifts)
Responsibilities:
+ Performing a variety of tasks and occupying a wide range of positions
+ Racking and Unracking
+ Sandblasting
+ Buffing
+ Washing
+ Wiring
+ Cleaning of parts
+ Ensuring quality standards
+ Producing quality metal coated and plated products Qualifications:
+ Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
+ Must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
+ Must be able to work independently and as a team
+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if necessary
