Job Description
KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a combined role that is designed to create efficiency and speed in taking a WG sales deal and processing it from beginning to end, including invoicing and settling.
Invoicing
· Processes the deal packets by invoicing out of the Equip business system
· Acts as the “quarterback” with the extended warranty purchaser to make sure that their deals are being processed properly. Works directly with their salespeople in requesting follow-up paperwork.
· Responsible for checking that all necessary paperwork is with the deal including payment, warranty, tax exemption, and outside payoff/trade in forms
· Is trained in taxes that effect their region and make sure that they’re applied properly on each deal
· Tracks salesperson shortages on deals
Settlements
· Settles deals in JDSet (soon to be in JD Sales Center)
· Checks paperwork again to verify that all payment and tax exemptions are included
· Schedules outside payoffs for trade-ins
· Apply all bonuses requested by the sales team; additional benefit in catching errors or missed bonuses.
· Posts both settlement and internal bonuses
· Tracks reinstatements
