Job Description
My firm is a Maine based LLC engaged in ticket resale for events in the US and Canada. In addition to the owner there is a Manager and three other associates. My firm sells through websites, like stubhub, and not directly to consumers.
Primary responsibilities will be ticket purchasing and inventory management. Inventory management entails such tasks as order fulfillment, checking ticket vendor and resale site inventory, and maintaining lists of shows. Secondary responsibilities may entail completing tasks that are not unique to ticket resale such as payment reconciliation, liaising with the firm's accountant, and maintaining business registrations. No prior experience is necessary with regards to any duties.
The selected candidate will be highly pc literate and desire to work in a fast paced environment. Due to the fast-paced nature of the business and the status of this opportunity as a partially remote position the selected candidate must be highly communicative. Experience with Microsoft excel is a bonus.
This position will pay a minimum of $24 an hour with 40 hours of work a week guaranteed and the opportunity for over time work and pay. The maximum may be considerably higher for a high-functioning individual. The individual selected will train in person for at least a month in either Brunswick or Westbrook and will then work remotely 3-5 days a week.

This is a great job for someone with a business background who does not want to work in sales, customer service, or finance/accounting. This is also a great job for a high functioning individual who has never achieved pay and responsibilities commensurate with their capabilities.
