The Role: Speech Language Therapist
The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to evaluate and treat patient populations for speech-language therapy needs within an assigned area, and want you to join our team!
Job Description:
The Work:
+ Assesses patient’s ability to safely and effectively perform speech/language skills.
+ Designs the appropriate plan of care, including type and frequency of treatment.
+ Implements the treatment plan using appropriate modalities.
+ Documents subjective, objective, assessment findings and plan, and patient progress.
+ Educates and counsels patients and family/caregiver.
+ Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting.
+ Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.
+ Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
