Chemours is seeking an Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect to join our Chemours Cyber & Information Security (CCIS) team! This position will report directly to the CISO in our Wilmington, DE or Remote location.
This role will serve as the leader for the Data, Cloud, and Endpoint protection function within CCIS. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise and experience in operating and optimizing technical security controls for cloud and data protection technologies. The candidate must have strong skills in Security Architecture, Data Protection, Azure & M365 Cloud Security, Network Security, Identity Management, and Endpoint Protection and experience with enterprise risk management and vendor relationship management.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Be an influential part of the long-term security strategy development and execution within the Security Architecture function
+ Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, analyze infrastructure and software designs by identifying and resolving potential issues to help enhance and secure a global enterprise network
+ Engineer complex and innovative solutions across all aspects of Security Architecture addressing vulnerability detection, threat and risk analysis, network intrusion, and securing business technology assets across the application, infrastructure, cloud, and data tiers
+ Work with Technology Leaders and their teams to ensure security is built into app development, network infrastructure, and cloud-agnostic systems
+ Implement industry-leading practices around cyber risks and cloud security by performing security assessments of cloud-agnostic platforms/environments using industry-standard frameworks such as ISO, CSA-CCM, and NIST
+ Design and document security policies, standards, and procedures e.g. firewall management, SSL/IPSec, security incident and event management (SIEM), data protection (DLP, encryption), user account management (SSO, SAML), and password/key management
+ Designing the secure deployment and monitoring of applications and infrastructure into public cloud services (e.g., AWS or Microsoft Azure) and container technologies like Kubernetes, Docker
+ Partner with the Governance, Risk & Compliance function to complete security audits and address security gaps
The following is required for this role:
+ 8+ years of contiguous experience in Cybersecurity Architecture in modern technology landscapes
+ With a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, a proven ability to influence and lead large-scale change initiatives
+ Demonstrated interpersonal effectiveness and emotionally intelligent communication skills to communicate, persuade, influence, and handle challenging conversations
+ Knowledge of Zero Trust principles & architecture and OT/ICS technologies & protocols
+ Flexible and able to work off-hours as required to support deployments, resolve production problems, or respond to corporate emergencies
+ Thorough understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory standards such as: NIST SP-800 53/207, ISO 27001/27002, CFATS, ITAR, EAR, CSA-CCM
+ Thorough understanding of Security Architecture frameworks such as: TOGAF, SABSA, Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture, Industry 4.0, and Microsoft Cybersecurity Reference Architecture
+ Hands-on experience in the design and deployment of an advanced security stack such as:
+ Firewalls
+ Network Access Control (NAC)
+ Software Defined Perimeter (SDP)
+ Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
+ Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
+ Digital Rights Management (DRM)
+ Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM/CIEM)
+ Insider Risk Management (IRM)
+ Security Information & Event Management (SIEM)
+ Privileged Access Management (PAM)
+ Identity & Access Management (IDAM)
The following is preferred for this role:
+ Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Mathematics, Finance, Technology, Cybersecurity or Business
+ Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISSP, and CISM are highly desirable
+ Azure and Microsoft certifications such as SC-300 & AZ-300
+ Architecture certifications such as SABSA or TOGAF will be differentiators
+ A self-starter mentality with strong writing and facilitation skills

Pay Range (in local currency):
$120,064.00 – $187,600.00

Annual Bonus Target:
14%
