Job Description
ReVision Energy’s Companywide Engineering team is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join their team. This would be a full-time position, with a weekly in-office presence. The ideal candidate will be located within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine, and can commute 2 days per week to South Portland, ME and to job sites or meetings through ReVision Territory as needed.
Job Summary: The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) will work closely with members of ReVision’s Commercial team focused on projects which are primarily in the pre-construction and development phases. The EPM will play a crucial role in coordinating internal and external project team members to assure project designs, components and activities correspond with relevant budgets, schedules and specifications. The EPM will work closely with ReVision Designers and Engineers, as well as 3rd party Engineers working on behalf of ReVision or our customers. The EPM is a senior role within ReVision’s Engineering department whose project responsibilities will include ReVision Energy’s Commercial PV, EV and BESS teams in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Duties/Responsibilities:+ Serve as primary technical liaison between multiple external parties including utilities, civil and environmental engineering firms, independent engineers, owner’s representatives and vendors
+ Coordinate internal ReVision Energy resources on the design, estimating, and preconstruction team to support projects moving through Development cycle
+ Coordinate with key vendors to ensure major materials scopes and/or BOMS meet project plans and specifications
+ Coordinate with multiple groups (internal designers, external designers, vendors) to ensure version control and harmonization of multiple scopes of work into a single, cohesive IFC set
+ Review & redline technical specifications in contracts and identify risk/challenges
+ Confirm project designs meet or exceed all relevant contractual requirements
+ Support commercial sales, finance and development team as technical expert
+ Development and analysis of system production estimates, primarily Helioscope and PVSyst
+ Project cost analysis and value engineering
+ Performs other duties as needed or assigned.

Education and Experience:+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field.
+ 5+ years of commercial solar design, estimating and/or project management experience
Physical Requirements:+ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
+ Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
