This position reports to the VP of the Commercial Select Projects Division. The Integrated Project Manager/Foreman works independently onsite and is the customer contact for Wright-Ryan. This position performs all the duties of a small job Foreman plus serves as the Wright-Ryan contact and carries out project management paper and systems documentation. Projects might include tenant fit ups, rental renovation, office renovations and new construction. Job requirements The successful candidate must have demonstrated aptitude in most of the following:+ Bachelor’s degree; some advanced (beyond HS) technical education in construction related field; or equivalent years of experience.
+ Solid carpentry skills, basic and some finish – wide variety of projects
+ Estimating experience or exposure to estimating
+ Excellent at reading plans/take offs
+ Experience working with sub contractors and suppliers in a leadership role
+ Commercial construction experience
+ Demonstrated attention to technical details
+ Excellent technology skills – all Microsoft Office applications; other automated tracking or accounting systems.
