Email Me Similar Jobs Email Me This Job Spurwink is looking to hire a dedicated and passionate supervisor to join the SHIFA Me team in Cumberland/York counties. Our SHIFA Me team works with immigrant and refugee children and their families providing clinical services utilizing the evidence-based model Trauma Systems Therapy. In this role, you will provide individual and family therapy using the Trauma Systems Therapy model and supervise a small team of clinicians. The ideal candidate will have experience working with immigrant and refugee children and families, will be highly organized, will have excellent interpersonal skills, and will be open, curious and flexible. DUTIES: The supervisor will be trained in Trauma Systems Therapy and will support staff with developing their skills in this model. On-going TST supervision and consultation will be provided to the supervisor. The supervisor will provide weekly supervision to a small team of clinicians and carry a caseload. The supervisor will support staff with documentation as well as manage the fast-paced nature and complexities of the work. The supervisor will be comfortable doing diagnostic assessments and joining meetings in various locations (schools, homes, community). The supervisor will assist with implementing and supporting staff with SHIFA school group curriculum. QUALIFICATIONS: Maine state licensure as an LCSW or LCPC is required.
