CRM Administrator for Enrollment & Advancement- Hybrid Campus: Farmington Department: VP Enrollment – FVPEM Bargaining Unit: UMPSA Salary Band/Wage Band: Band 05: Mimimum Salary of $51,183 Location: Farmington ME Statement of Job: University of Maine at Farmington is seeking candidates for a CRM Administrator for Enrollment & Advancement ( full-time, 12 month) position. The position executes and oversees the implementation plan for Salesforce integration and several units utilizin g the CRM (Constituent Relationship Management). The position supports student enrollment, parent connections and the scope of interaction extends beyond Enrollment Management and Student Engagement and Enrollment Services. The position provides technical support for Enrollment Management with particular emphasis on recruitment and student success and works with the enrollment and marketing team to develop integrated marketing and communication plans to incorporate outreach efforts. Helps to lead Enrollment Management efforts with the integration of Salesforce and other integrated student systems to positively impac t student success. The CRM will be used throughout to communicate with prospective students providin g outreach and support. The position assists with planning efforts with end-users and technical resources during the implementation and maintenance of the CRM product. The position involves a high leve l of judgment and autonomy and requires knowledge of college enrollment policies and procedures. This position is an integral member of the enrollment management team and serves a critical role in the campus community as it pertains to student enrollment. Duties/Responsibilities: Essential Duties:+ Maintains the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for Admissions (undergraduate and graduate) and Advancement offices and serves as a primary point-of-contact for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related requests and support critical for success.
+ Coordinates data uploads and data entry, as well as maintains the data integrity of the CRM.
+ Provides support and guidance to stakeholders and content authors, helps maximize the potential of an incredibly powerful system and provides the opportunity to fully utilize the ability to work the full lifecycle of the student.
+ Provides key support and reporting functions critical to primary decision-making roles within enrollment.
+ Collaborates with the Vice President of Student Affairs & Enrollment, AVP of Enrollment, Associate Dean for Graduate and Continuing Education, Enrollment Communications and the Office of Advancement.
+ Manages Salesforce with a wide variety of integrations with other systems (both imports and exports) such as Apsona, SMS, MaineStreet/PeopleSoft, FrontRush, Social Studio and a wide variety of triggers and workflows in addition to vendors such as Niche, Naviance /Hobsons, College Board, and in-house transmission of data including UMS Early College Portal, student life and financial aid, as well as NACAC, NEACAC, and other large college fairs.
+ Implements and achieves the organization’s strategic goals pertaining to enrollment, marketing and development training skills, which are critical for success.
+ Collaborates across the UMF community with a wide range of stakeholders that extends beyond the direct connections to include advising, student affairs, and a variety of essential success partners.

+ New Student ID Card process
+ Admission Data Google Calendar – has various data imports and tasks that are done manually
+ Staff office technical support for all integrated systems
+ CRM and text platform
+ CRM dashboards
+ Salesforce Admin Users Group
+ Search conversion – email interacts
+ Confirmed listserv / enrolled student listserv – generated from an automated PeopleSoft query that serves IT and campus community
