Job Description
The Jackson Laboratory is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ellsworth, Maine!
The Administrative Assistant performs administrative duties for an individual, group, or department; Performs general tasks and completes routine assignments. Receives assistance in the completion of more complex assignments. Works under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. May make contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
Responsibilities:
Answers and transfers phone calls
Manage schedules, arrange appointments and itineraries
Coordinate meetings, travel, conference calls, and complete expense reports
Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations
Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience
Communication skills
Organization skills
Interpersonal skills
Computer skills
Pay Range (Hourly Rate): $21.6 - $33.16
