job summary:
Our client has an immediate need for a Senior Engineer for a remote contract role. This role will entail system configuration and collaboration with a Scrum team of Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts, Developers as well as with other infrastructure teams. Responsibilities will also include supporting requirement analysis, application development and unit testing.

responsibilities:
+ Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.
+ Independently reviews and analyzes issues related to the offerings supported by the product suite.
+ Help and work with the Technical Support team to understand the issues raised by Business Team.
+ Document business issues and the specific solutions provided.
+ Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interface design, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs.
+ Accountable for the ongoing support of application systems in production including problem analysis, resolution, and escalation, and reporting as necessary.
+ Develop and test, working with business and system requirements, and utilizing standard procedures and techniques.
