Resource Parent Care Team Clinician

Are you drawn to partially remote work? If so, we would love for you to join our dynamic, collaborative team known as the Resource Parent Care Team (RPCT)! We are seeking multiple engaging, creative, and flexible candidates for the RPCT clinician position throughout multiple areas of the State. The RPCT clinician will provide clinical services to resource families (foster, kinship and adoptive) within an assigned area of the State. Will provide direct service to resource families including but not limited to: education related to trauma, attachment, grief and loss, behavior management techniques, mental health diagnoses, and general education about the child welfare system. Will also provide ongoing therapeutic support to families with the goal of improving resource parent retention and placement stabilization. .

Experience in or knowledge of the foster care system is preferred but not required.

Competitive annual salary of $65,000 and a benefit package that promotes life/family and work balance including 12 paid holidays and 3 weeks’ vacation after 4 months. Plus a medical PPO insurance plan with co-pays and no high deductible.
