The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our Dining & Events team in Bar Harbor, ME. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.
What you’ll be doing:
+ Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
+ Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
+ Ordering food and paper products as needed.
+ Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
+ Training new staff members as needed.
What we’re looking for:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ ServSafe certification.
+ At least one years’ experience in a foodservice role.
+ At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role.
