HealthEdge is building out a new program centered around new graduates entering the work force and looking to start their career with support, training and opportunity. As part of the HealthEdge Professional Services team, the Associate Technical Analyst is a hybrid role which would involve both task-oriented and functional responsibilities to serve as guides to our customers through their implementation of our software. Team members entering the company via this program are in development track, which includes extensive product & technical consulting curriculum as well as a dedicated mentor to help you grow your career.

+ 4-year bachelor’s degree with preferred concentration in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or similar (Graduating May 2023)
+ Basic Programming Skills (Java, XML)
+ Ability and/ or willingness to learn to work at the command line within Windows/Linux systems
+ An understanding of the SDLC, data analytics and various testing methods
+ Basic understanding/willingness to learn about HIPPA compliance, PHI and PII
+ Prior customer-facing experience and service-oriented nature
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ High Moral Character – Your natural disposition thinks, feels, and behaves in an ethical manner
+ High interest in technology, data, and analytics
+ Strong troubleshooting skills

+ Gain on-the-job experience with supporting customer software implementations to include:
+ Opportunity to work closely with the development team to participate in detailed design sessions, test data creation and functional testing tasks
+ Assist with set-up and testing of HIPAA/EDI transactions
+ Assist in executing and supporting systems and partner integration testing, reports and correspondence testing
+ Assist in supporting clients with capturing defects, performing initial triage, tracking and re-testing remediation
+ Assist in performing configuration migration and other production readiness technical tasks
+ Learn and perform all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern the handling of PHI and PII
Geographic Responsibility: Preferred EST or CST timezones for this role

Travel%: This role may require national travel to client sites with the rest of the time being remote
