Position Purpose: The person in this position will p lay a key role i n maximizing our Marketing and Creative team’s output and impact . The person in this role will:

+ Coordinate and prepare merchandise and props for photography projects for all Marketing Brand content.

+ D evelop strong working relationships across all levels of the company and freelance staff.

+ D eliver the highest level of customer service to internal and external par tners while e ffectively manag ing deadlines .

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain an organized sample room with seasonally current inventory , generate labels/tags, log samples in and out as needed.

+ Review location request document, and/or talent report, identify missing samples and request relisted items to be ordered . C ommunicate to stake holders on the number of missing samples and outfits/shots impacted for a shoot, requesting necessary substitutions.

+ Set up and manage the Merchandise style out (MSO), Pre-Style and Walk-thru meetings, d uring the pre-style function as product specialist, identifying specific products requested for certain shots capturing information throughout preproduction process and update information to ensure accuracy.

+ Communicate all changes from MSO to appropriate stakeholders.

+ Attend the C reative A lignment M eeting with the Art D irector , and Creative leadership to review the shoot strategy and model s

+ Set up pre-production meeting s with Producer, and A rt Director t o review all location photo shoot logistic

+ Or ganize the product , props , shoot supplies , scan all needed product to location , and pack for shipping to location

+ Communicate with internal and external vendors on shipping requirements, determine shipping timeline based on the photography shoot schedule then ship to location (which may involve producing a carnet for international shipping)

+ Provide all applicable shoot information to Art D irector , Producer, and freelance crew information could inc lude: Ring of Fire, Shot ist organized by talent, and Base Codes

+ Serve as Assistant Producer on location photo shoots , working closely with Sr Producers

+ Manage freelance crew ( p roduction assistants, stylist assistants, etc. )

+ Function as a liaison between external parties and crew

+ While on location attend the scheduling meeting with Art Director, Photographer, Stylist and Producer to organize workflow.

+ Set up and organize crew rooms, coordinate samples and props, prep samples, set up shots & manage merchandise.

+ Function as product specialist on set to make sure specific shots are appropriately propped and product is being used accurately.

+ Manage the metadata as it relates to the selected images and upload to DAM ( MediaBank )

+ Support our internal photography studio

+ Attend Merchandise style out (MSO) for hero photography, tracking changes and updating any information in MediaBank , including styling notes, monogramming, and specific propping.

+ E xport hero shot list and CSV files to studio and MSO attendees

+ Provide samples to Studio 1912 as needed.

+ Other related duties as assigned.

Education Level: High School or GED Years of Experience: 2+ years Skills and Qualifications:

+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Able to balance multiple tasks, prioritize and successfully meet deadlines

+ Work effectively with minimal supervision

+ Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

+ Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

+ Proven pro-active problem-solver

+ Strong collaborator – able to work well with a team

+ Exhibit a willingness to learn and open-mindedness

+ Adaptability and flexibility

+ Creative professional who would effectively represent L. L. Bean

+ Valid Class C driver’s license

+ Commit to extended travel and time away from home if necessary
