Position Summary
has an immediate need for an Ultrasound Technologist to join our care team. The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing ultrasound exams to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The Ultrasound Technologist assists Radiologists in sterile procedures, and maintains ultrasound equipment according to manual.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Completion of AMA approved two (2) year course. Completion of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Exams - D.M.S. preferred.
License/Certifications: Current registration of R.D.M.S. Current license for State of Maine if appropriate. Valid Maine Driver's License.
Experience: At least three (3) months' Diagnostic Ultrasound experience preferred.
