ReVision Energy’s Operations Team is looking for a Fleet Manager to join our growing companywide team. The ideal candidate will be located in, or have plans to relocate to, South Portland ME. This is a full-time, office-based, M-F position.

ABOUT THE JOB: This is a Companywide position based in our South Portland branch. The Companywide Fleet Manager will hold ultimate responsibility for maintaining the existing fleet of ReVision Energy owned vehicles and equipment and managing the expansion of said fleet in line with our annual budget and Fleet plan. The companywide Fleet Manager will report directly to the COO and work closely with Division leadership and Finance Team to assure our fleet is operating and expanding in the most sustainable and cost-effective manner while meeting the needs of our growing business. The CW Fleet manager will work closely with existing State Fleet managers providing day to day managerial support as well as developing overall Fleet strategy. The CW Fleet Manager will also be responsible for maintaining fleet vehicles located in our South Portland location. Primary responsibilities include new and used vehicle procurement, while providing timely upkeep of all branch vehicles including: Box trucks, pickup trucks, trailers, sedans, Electric vehicles, and vans. Fleet Specific Responsibilities

+ Collaborate with the company fleet managers and other branch fleet managers to ensure all branches are sharing best practices and sharing resources.

+ Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained by ReVision Standards by using manufacturers recommendations as a guide.

+ Prompt resolution for major vehicle malfunctions including: Retirement of older fleet vehicles, and implementation of new fleet vehicles, and sourcing the best repair options when necessary.

+ Manage service vendor relationships with focus on cost, quality of product delivered and customer service.

+ Maintain physical vehicle files, including copies of registrations, insurance cards, titles, original bills of sale and title applications, and detailed vehicle service records. Additionally, maintain up to date registrations for insurance, EZ pass, inspections, and registrations.

+ Manage New Hire Competency training, complete with ReVision receipts of acknowledgement to ensure there is safe and compliant driving of all fleet vehicles.

+ WEX, Samsara and Fleetio information.

+ Manage Vehicle Purchasing to achieve annual budget and fleet plan.

+ Assist with Roadside emergencies/recoveries, coordinating towing to local shops for repair

+ Assist other departments with information requests related to the ReVision fleet

+ Ensure all vehicles are in safe operating condition according to company and state safety standard.

+ Monthly to Branch Management, Sequoia, Safety, and Finance

Critical Skills and Qualifications

+ 3+ Years of Fleet Management experience in companies with more than 100 assets

+ Must have a clean and valid driver’s record and ability to obtain DOT medical card

+ Preferred online proficiency with Fleetio, WEX and Samsara Telematics software

+ Knowledge of CDL and DOT regulations, policies, and procedures is a plus

+ Excellent teamwork skills – ability to foster a positive team environment

+ Ability to have difficult/courageous conversations

+ Strong time management skills

+ Is flexible, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and conditions.

+ Proactivity – acts without being told what to do. Brings innovative ideas to the process and procedures

+ Work independently on tasks in an unsupervised environment.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft programs and other commonly used software and applications.

+ Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

+ Familiar & comfortable with hand / power tools.

+ Forklift experience a plus but not a requirement.

+ Must be able lift 50 pounds without assistance.
