Location: We support US virtual working arrangements in the contiguous 48 states.

The opportunity:
In this position, you will be a member of the Group Benefits Claims Shared Services team working with the disability claims team, with a specific focus on supporting a large team of employees working on claims.

How you will contribute:
Daily performance monitoring (Queues, follow ups...)
Resource planning via effective workload allocation
Implement operational improvements
Responsible for all process documentation
Production support/Quality Check as and when required
Completing all the necessary reporting like TAT dashboard, Quality dashboard etc.
Maintaining and sharing all the process updates with the entire team on ongoing basis
Responsible for 50% production
Assist team members in projects and CBA calculations
Provide trainings as per requirements to team members
leads, monitors, and supervises a group of employees to achieve
Motivate teamby creating an environment that promotes positive communication,
Encourage bonding ofteammembers and demonstrates flexibility.
Responds to all e-mail and phone inquiries within 24 hours
Responds to correction emails within required turnaround time
Establishes excellent relationship with claim organization
May assist in special project work or other duties as defined by the needs of the business
Maintains high levels of customer service with internal and external customers
Willingness to cross-train on all Front-End operations responsibilities
Requires a working knowledge of the company claim processing procedures and systems applications.
Must possess appropriate written and verbal communication skills to communicate with various departments.

Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft applications (MS Excel, MS Word)
Good communication (oral and written) skills
Excellenttime management skill is required
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume and deadline driven environment
