GHC – HomeSafe – Lead IT Business Process Analyst (Deltek Costpoint) – Remote
HomeSafe Alliance is the single global household goods movement manager for USTRANSCOM and the U.S. Armed Forces, Department of Defense civilians, U.S. Coast Guard, and their families. As the Lead IT Business process analyst, you will work with a team of technical and functional Costpoint SME’s to managing the highly automated, highly extended version of Costpoint 8.1.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as a liaison between IT development groups and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of current systems. Evaluates new applications, system requirements, developments in field of expertise, and evolving business needs to recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives. Under general direction, uses specialized knowledge or skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team. Establishes priorities for the completion of assigned tasks. Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. May direct resources, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Relies upon experience, interpersonal skills, and broad knowledge of field to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7+ years of experience

Specialties Required: Deltek’s Costpoint, Cognos, Time and Expense, PL-SQL, System Implementations, Business Process Engineering, Costpoint Security, Training, Report Writing. Integrating Costpoint with other systems such as Maximo, Manufacturing Orders, Sales Orders, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement. Solid knowledge in Costpoint infrastructure support and WebLogic. Good understanding of systems and networks. The candidate is expected to have good knowledge of Time and Expense version 10.0, Costpoint 8.0.x and 8.1.x, Cognos 11.0.x and 11.1.x
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Business Related
7 years Costpoint, Time and Expense, and Cognos experience
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities
Ability to meet tight changing deadlines
Ability to work well with others
Goal and high standard driven
This Position is Remote***
