Job Description
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations pertaining to staff, customer service, guest satisfaction, and hotel upkeep. The Manager will be working independently and reporting directly to the Director of Operations. Timeliness and attendance is of the utmost importance. The manager will also still be required to do front desk shifts. The manager will be responsible for hiring staff and will manage all staff. The manager is expected to work between 40-50 hrs per week.
