Job Description:

At Regions, the Information Technology Asset Support Supervisor oversees a team of specialists and ensures the efficient and cost-effective procurement and management of technology assets for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Coordinates and manages asset management workflows

+ Manages licensing agreements with outside suppliers and monitors cost effectiveness

+ Collaborates with lines of business in determining needs and fulfilling purchase orders in compliance with internal policy

+ Oversees asset inventories and ensures that required records and documentation are maintained

+ Oversees the product catalog, ensuring it remains up to date

+ Communicates with and presents detailed reports to senior management when necessary

+ May conduct interviews with prospective suppliers

+ Collaborates with senior management in reconciling and monitoring budget

+ Assists senior managers with developing and optimizing lease/buy models

+ Oversees staffing needs for the team, addressing training needs

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field

+ Six (6) years of experience in Procurement, Asset Management, or related field

Preferences

+ Supervisory and/or leadership experience

+ Knowledge of applicable product contracts and cost implications through life cycles

+ Knowledge of procurement systems

+ Experience with Information Technology ticketing systems and asset management tools

Skills and Competencies

+ Ability to communicate effectively with varying levels of management

+ Demonstrated leadership skills

+ Detail oriented

+ Knowledge of asset management principles

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

+ Strong personal computer (PC) skills including Microsoft Applications (e.g. Excel and Access)

+ Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position.

Job Range Target:

Minimum:

$75,514.00 USD

Median:

$121,180.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

This job is not incentive eligible.
