Summary


Position Summary

The Biometric Screening Assistant is a unique position in which the employee performs specific activities during the Biometric Screenings. The specific activities include performing accurate blood pressure measurement, biometric measurements (height, weight and waist circumference) or laboratory testing services for biometric screening clinics to ensure efficient operation and to promote positive customer relations.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High School diploma preferred.

License/Certifications: Certification as CNA, MA, EMT or College training is basic clinical skills.

Experience: N/A.

Good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Prior phlebotomy experience and BP training preferred.
