Job Description
Cianbro Corporation is searching for a talented Graphic Design Specialist team player who will be responsible for the design and production of materials for print, electronic and digital projects including ads, social media graphics, brochures, posters, banners, flyers, presentation slideshows, web pages, trade show exhibits, etc. This position requires the use of a variety of mediums to achieve quality artistic, creative, and professional finished products in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to internal customer service, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate and collaborate with various internal teams to create compelling designs that reflect the Cianbro brand and that visually communicate the information effectively to the intended audience
Adapt and enhance existing brand design standards, such as icons, images, and other components as necessary while maintaining and updating our graphic library
Must be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects with multiple timelines
Work with third-party vendors on print projects to negotiate cost while ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications
Assist in fieldwork and events with video and photography services
Periodic travel throughout Cianbro's operating regions will be expected
Qualification/ Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
Extensive experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) along with knowledge of graphic design trends and best practices
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
A portfolio demonstrating a high level of skill in traditional graphic design including typography, composition, color skills, photo manipulation, and enhancement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience working within brand standards & style guidelines
Good typography, composition, and color skills
Knowledge of web design preferred
