Consumer Loan Officer – Contact Center

As a Consumer Loan Officer, you will deliver superior member service to existing and potential members with their product and service needs, including new consumer loans. You will proactively identify member needs and cross-sell appropriate products and services to surpass member expectations.
Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of similar or related experience, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers, and the ability to learn new platforms, will be necessary.
