Per diem position-flexible as needed 8-4:30
May require some travel to other local sites
The Administrative Specialist I performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support an office and/or multiple teams. Incumbents in the role provide administrative support, including answering incoming calls, greeting and directing patients/visitors, filing, scanning, faxing, prepping charts, etc. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.
License/Certifications: N/A
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with all Microsoft Office suite products.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
