Job Description
We are seeking to train Welders! Positions are available on first and second shift. Regular first shift schedule is 5am - 3:30pm, Monday - Thursday. Second shift schedule is 3:30 pm - 2:00am, Monday - Thursday. Second shift includes a 10% of base pay shift differential!
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
Perform a variety of bench and structural assembly, boxing and bagging operations of parts, components, and assemblies for the company’s snowplow and Ice Control product lines and accessories. Assembly may be performed on a paced conveyor or non-paced environment. Sets up and operates machinery and equipment such as assembly and packaging, unloading parts from a powered conveyor, bagging machines, strapper, and assorted power and hand tools. Actively participates in team and total quality commitment activities. Performs designated maintenance functions; assumes ownership for quality of all products. Participates in training and 6-S activities.
