Job Description
Masis Staffing is seeking Production Operator for a local outdoor furniture company in Biddeford, Me. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay.
2nd Shift – 4 days on, 4 days off – 6:45 pm – 7 am/finish - $20.00/hour
Runs extrusion lines and assists Process Technician and Lead Operator.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists in directing and training Line Operators.
- Operates extrusion line: Changes and clean vents
- Performs board quality control checks
- Perform color testing, Wraps lifts, Swap vent cans
- Records run sheet for correct machine/line settings
- Assure scheduled line maintenance is completed
- Makes length changes, performs color changes, Adjusts saw
- Assist Process Technician and Lead Operator with the following:
- Implement production schedule sheet for product specifications such as dimensions, colors, and profile
- Adjust water bath settings
- Have cap stock staged in driers ahead of time, Conducts advanced troubleshooting
- Perform changeover tasks according to production schedule
- Ensures good Housekeeping, communicates supply needs to Material Handler, follows all policies and procedures, all other duties as assigned
