Job Summary
Supervise a team of Community Case Managers. Ensure staff required trainings are completed; and effective high quality casework and case management services. Develop and review client person centered plans; assess client progress and overall program effectiveness; problem solve and develop actions plans to address issues. Maintain compliance with DHHS and MaineCare policies, rules, regulations, and EIS documentation requirements. Maintain a partial client caseload as needed. Promote positive relations with parents/guardians, staff, agencies, and community. Full-time, 40 hour position. Excellent compensation and benefits commensurate with education and experience.
