Outpatient Pharmacy Technician - Part Time

As a part-timenon-exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; performing order entry; procuring drugs; billing. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 20-24 hours per week. Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (specific days and hours TBD).
About the Facility: Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery organization serving central and western Maine. CMH's acute care facilities include Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Bridgton Hospital, and Rumford Hospital. Other CMH affiliates provide various outpatient and clinical services and maintain residential care facilities. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
High School Diploma or GED
Recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy preferred
Current Maine Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
Effective communications skills; verbal and written
(PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
(MMR) Measles, Mumps, and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
Hep B3 Series (or declination)
(Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
COVID Vaccine-Full (required)
