ABOUT THE JOB
Here is what you can look forward to in your new role:
Focused on the people side of change, you will work closely with IT Leadership, project managers, change managers and business stakeholders to implement effective and sustained change.
This role will contribute to the overall change activities for different projects, the identification of change impacts of the various initiatives/projects, required engagement/communication activities and support the business to understand, adopt and embed the required changes. In this way, the role will also need to develop close relationships across the business to ensure changes are understood and adopted 'on the ground' as well as any other unique success factors for different projects.
Consulting role supporting our healthcare client by creating customized Service Now dashboards to give transparency to executive leadership as well as out of the box dashboards.

Develop and deliver change management activities for a project or change initiative to support adoption of the change and drives to project and business outcome.
Apply structured change process and methodologies to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiatives
Work collaboratively with Project and business stakeholders to deliver change management activities.
Assess the change impact -- conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Support and deliver change, communications and engagement activities
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
Measure effectiveness of change strategies and plan. Adapting plans to ensure the effectiveness of the change approach meets expected results
Identification and management of stakeholders
Support and engage senior leaders
Coach and support managers and change networks/agents
Process Improvement Documentation Development to support change management
RACI Documentation Development
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
ITIL Certification preferred
Experienced Change Manager (at least 5 years of experience)
Able to operate in a complex and agile business environment
Able to act, drive and challenge on VP and snr. management environment
Ability to connect people and drive teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent facilitating skills
Able to deal with and manage conflicts
Brings specific knowledge and expertise in organizational change, stakeholder communication management, approaches and processes
Possesses excellent writing and presentation development skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Continuous Improvement Mindset
ServiceNow Experience preferred
Fully remote - business hours
