Job Description

This position is available to Northeastern University students who are currently enrolled and eligible for Co-op January - June 2023.

Be part of a unique opportunity to create, manage and assess a project from conception to completion. The project will focus on improving the digital enablement experience of staff as they join the JAX community; specifically, improving the new hire digital onboarding program. In coordination with our communications, organizational change management and digital enablement team, this project will encompass conducting user research, creating engaging text and video content and publishing in internal social media channels, Workday LMS, and ServiceNow knowledgebase. The student will gain valuable skills in developing, executing, and evaluating the success and adoption of a digital enablement program.

Responsibilities
Conduct research to understand the current state of digital onboarding through focus groups, surveying, and other data-gathering methods
Participate in collaborative design activities to understand what users need, explore opportunity areas, and evaluate possible solutions
Utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint and Workday LMS, create engaging text and video content to guide new hires through their onboarding to JAX digital workspace tools & resources
Coordinate formal & informal gatherings to support Champion development and new hire learning
Publish content to a variety of internal social media and learning platforms
Develop outcome and customer satisfaction measurements of the new hire digital onboarding experience

Desired Qualifications
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Undergraduates in their junior or senior year and graduate students preferred
Progressing in degree requirements in a related field
Effective written, oral, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
