At Regions, Information Technology (IT) Strategy and Transformation Function Manager supports the development and execution of the enterprise IT Strategy. This position leads and/or supports various types strategic initiatives have potential impact to people, processes, and technology. The IT Strategy and Transformation Function Manager collaborates with resources within the department and across the enterprise to drive change within the organization.
+ Supports the development of the strategic vision and supporting strategic plan for the IT organization
+ Leads transformation of various aspects of the Technology Department through the execution of strategic initiatives to improve the ability to support both short and long term business goals
+ Leads the use of new technologies/methodologies to the departments delivery teams inclusive of Agile, DevOps, Robotics, APIs, and Low Code Platforms
+ Conducts communication, training, and coaching to various stakeholder groups to gain buy in and ensure appropriate utilization of new tools/methodologies
+ Monitors and measures success of implemented programs to ensure sustained improvements are being realized
+ Builds and leads communities of technology associates
+ Collaborates on new concepts with technology and business stakeholders
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
The position is incentive eligible.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or related degree
+ Fifteen (15) years of experience
Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
