+ Managing a team of 7-10 employees working on file reconciliations and member escalations
+ Oversight and audit to ensure service levels are met in a timely and high-quality manner
+ Work with internal constituencies (implementation, call center, development, and product) to assure smooth internal operations
+ Support team in facilitating ingestion, manipulation, loading, maintenance, and delivery of data for existing and new carrier partners
+ Support in resolving escalated issues in a timely manner to promote customer satisfaction
+ Oversight of post-enrollment data accuracy
+ Ability to train and support team on team systems and processes as needed (PEGA, Jira, CAP, ER Web, PEM, PECT).
+ Attend data and reporting projects and communicate team’s impacts and deliverables, assuming team project lead duties as required.
+ Oversight of escalated carrier outreach and resolving carrier issues
+ Oversight of maintaining carrier relationships
+ Ability to support, guide, and manage team
+ Self-motivated, highly analytical, organized and uncompromisingly detail-oriented
+ Advanced time-management skills and the ability to meet or exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment
+ Very knowledgeable of delimited file conventions, other industry standard data formats, data transmission methodologies, and Microsoft Excel
+ 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and/or SmartSheets.
+ Some experience with SQL (SQL Server or other) and use of ETL tools
+ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to others and understand their concerns
+ Positive, proactive attitude
+ Technical documentation writing
+ Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
+ Data trend identification and resolution
+ Ability to work well with a team as well as on individually assigned projects
+ Proven ability to develop and improve processes to drive efficiency
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Consistent in meeting deadlines and following through on commitments
+ Familiarity with Medicare a plus
+ Familiarity with Confluence a plus
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
