Under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical care in a daily operational setting among a patient population consisting of neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. Hospital pharmacy experience highly desired. Oncology/IV preparation experience preferred.
This position will be temporary and is estimated at 12 weeks from September through November.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: Graduate of accredited College of Pharmacy. B.S. Pharmacy or PharmD Degree.
License/Certifications: Must hold current license as a Registered Pharmacist for the state in which you are practicing.
Ability to respond to changing workload related to patient census and crisis situations
